2. What Data We Collect

On facecodemethod.pro we may collect the following categories of data:

• AI widget questions — the text of questions you submit through the on-site form. Stored anonymously (without name or IP address), solely for analyzing query topics and improving the method.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, visit time. Collected automatically via Google Analytics.
• Cookies — see section 5.

We do not collect names, email addresses or payment data directly on this site. Payment operations are conducted on careermoney.pro and facekode.pro via Stripe and are governed by their privacy policies.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

• AI widget (user questions) — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): analyzing queries to improve the method and site content.
• Google Analytics — user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): analyzing site traffic and behavior.
• Site operation — legitimate interest: technically necessary cookies and functions.

4. Third-Party Data Transfers

Data may be transferred to the following third parties:

• Anthropic / OpenRouter — processing text queries through the AI widget. Data processed on servers in the USA. Transfer based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — traffic analytics. Data may be transferred to the USA. Google is a certified participant of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Railway (Railway Corp.) — proxy server hosting. Servers located in the USA/EU.
• Beget — site hosting. Servers in Russia and EU.

We do not sell or transfer your data to advertising networks or data brokers.

5. Cookies

The site uses the following types of cookies:

• Technically necessary — ensure site functionality. No consent required.
• Analytical (Google Analytics) — for traffic analysis. Require your consent. You may opt out using browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out extension.

6. Data Retention

• AI widget questions — no more than 12 months, after which they are deleted.
• Google Analytics data — 14 months (Google standard retention).
• Technical logs — no more than 30 days.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the following rights:

• Right of access — request information about what data we process.
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to restriction — restrict the processing of your data.
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured format.
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Latvia — Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).

8. Automated Decision-Making

The AI widget on the site uses artificial intelligence to answer questions about FaceCode Method. Responses are informational and do not constitute personal analysis or automated decisions with legal consequences for the user.

Personal biotype analysis (on careermoney.pro and facekode.pro) involves automated processing. Full disclosure is provided in the privacy policies of those services.

9. Data Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data: HTTPS encryption, restricted server access, request rate limiting, anonymization of data in logs.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy. For material changes, a notice will be posted on the site. The date of last update is shown at the top of this document.

10a. Data Deletion Request

To exercise your right to erasure, send a request through any convenient method:

In your request, please include: the date and approximate time of your interaction with the site, questions you asked in the AI widget (if you remember them). We will process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion.
