About the Method · FaceCode Method
Facial features are not accidental. They reflect a person's biological nature: hormonal constitution, character, motivation and stress response. FaceCode Method reads these markers and identifies human nature in the first five minutes of meeting.
Important to Understand
Not this
Physiognomy predicts fate from appearance. FaceCode identifies biological nature — character, motivation, stress behavior. These are fundamentally different tasks and approaches.
Not this
No planets, energies or archetypes. FaceCode works with biology — with what can be observed, measured and reproduced across different conditions.
Not this
Personality tests are based on self-assessment — people answer how they want to appear. FaceCode reads biology that cannot be hidden or faked.
This
A system of clear sequential actions delivering reproducible results. Based on physiology, psychophysiology and over 12 years of real corporate practice.
Two Method Tools
The method works on two levels. First — visible: facial and body features. Second — deep: biological personality type.
First Tool
Analysis of facial and body features — chin, neck, eyes, eyebrows, lips and other markers. Each feature reflects a specific physiological system. Analysis is always comprehensive: no conclusions from a single feature.
Result: understanding of character, stress response and natural strengths.
Second Tool
Identifies biological personality type based on dominant hormonal constitution. Each type has its own deep motivation, zone of strength and purpose — what cannot be changed, but can be directed.
Result: understanding of why a person acts the way they do — not in words, but at the biological level.
On Accuracy
Human character is 70% genetic and 30% shaped by environment. Under stress, environmental influence drops — only nature remains. FaceCode reads exactly that. 85–90% accuracy is the result of comprehensive analysis, never from a single marker.
Context
Research confirms: understanding human nature is becoming the key skill in the age of automation.
WEF · 2025
92M jobs will disappear by 2030
Routine tasks go to AI. What remains is what machines cannot do — read people, build relationships, make decisions under uncertainty.
WEF · 2025
+35% demand for social intelligence
Social intelligence — the ability to understand human nature — is becoming one of the most sought-after skills in the job market.
SHRM · 2025
74% of HR admit hiring mistakes
Three quarters of HR professionals confirm: they hire the wrong people. The reason: evaluating resumes instead of evaluating human nature.
Gallup · Global
87% of employees are not engaged
People work in the wrong roles. Not because they are bad employees — because the role does not match their nature.
Method in Action
Telecom and financial corporations. Front-line and operational support. Contact centers of 1,000+ people, employees spread across hundreds of kilometers. Companies went public, achieved sales breakthroughs, optimized personnel costs.
Simple mechanic: read each person's nature from the first meeting and built the role around that nature — not around the resume.
A person spends an average of 90,000 hours at work over a lifetime — a third of all waking time. According to Gallup, 87% of employees globally are not engaged at work. Harvard Business Review reports: chronic stress reduces cognitive function by 13%.
When a role does not match nature, those hours become a source of chronic stress. Engagement drops. Productivity drops. The person starts working against themselves — and against the company.
When the role matches nature — everything changes. Not because the person tries harder. Because they stop spending energy resisting who they are not.
This is not motivation. This is biology.
